Rithy and Malar grow up in the same villge and they fall in love each other so much. To show his love Rithy bring Malar to promise together. After they are break by her family come to live in Phnom Penh with her uncle. And her uncle gives to married with a man at city, but she no agrees and go out her wedding, come to live with Rithy in Ream. her uncle wants to kill Rithy but she run to protect and then she dies.
