មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញ និងទទួលការថតភាពយន្តនៅកម្ពុជា ឬ Cambodia Film Commission នឹងបើក វគ្គបំពាក់បំប៉នជំនាញបន្ថែមផ្នែកថតភាពយន្ត “Cinematography” ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ ខាងមុខនេះ ដែលបង្ហាត់បង្រៀនដោយ អ្នកដឹកនាំរឿង លោក Bryan Norton មកពីប្រទេសញ៉ូហ្សាឡែន។
កម្ពុជា ជាប្រទេសមួយដែលសំបូរទៅដោយរឿងនិទាន រឿងព្រេង រឿងប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្ត និងរឿងមួយចំនួនទៀតដែលទាក់ទងនឹងតថភាពសង្គមជាច្រើន ដែលយុវជនកម្ពុជាជំនាន់ក្រោយមានបំណងប្រាប់រឿងរ៉ាវទាំងអស់នោះនៅលើផ្ទាំងសំពត់ស ដោយការផលិតជាខ្សែភាពយន្ត ឬការចូលរួមជាមួយនឹងផលិតករភាពយន្តដទៃ។ ប៉ុន្តែ ពួកគាត់តែងតែជួបបញ្ហាជាចំបងមួយគឺ ពួកគាត់ពុំមានឱកាសទទួលការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងទាំងចំណេះដឹង និងចំណេះធ្វើ។ ហេតុដូច្នេះហើយ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌល បានជ្រើសយកជំនាញការថតភាពយន្ត ដែលផ្តោតសំខាន់លើកការប្រើប្រាស់ម៉ាស៊ីនថតភាពយន្ត និងការប្រើពន្លឺឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវតាម។
សិក្ខាកាម ២០រូប នឹងត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើសមកហ្វឹកហាត់ ទាំងទ្រឹស្តី និងការអនុវត្ត ក្នុងរយៈពេល ៣ថ្ងៃ។ អ្នកដឹកនាំភាពយន្ត អ្នកថតភាពយន្ត ការីពន្លឺ (អ្នកបច្ចេកទេសពន្លឺ) គឺត្រូវបានលើកទឹកចិត្តឲ្យដាក់ពាក្យចូលរួម។

Cambodia Film Commission (CFC) is going to launch a Cinematography Workshop led by Director Bryan Norton from 16th to 18th December 2019.
Cambodia is full of stories and many young Cambodians are eager to tell them on the Big Screen, either by making films or being a part of the crews. However, most of them have a common problem: they have not gotten the opportunity to receive proper training that builds up their knowledge and develops their skills. Witnessing that, CFC is organizing a Cinematography Training focusing on essential camera work and lighting.
20 candidates will be selected to be trained, in both theory and technical approach for 3 consecutive days. Director, DOP, Cameramen, and Lighting Technician are encouraged to apply.
This training is organized by Cambodia Film Commission under the framework from Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts.

- Being working in the film industry
- Experience in cinematography is much appreciated
- Being able to join training in mentioned period
