“In the Life of Music” Awarded Best Director at Los Angeles Asia Pacific Film Festival 2018
Presented by Visual Communications, the 34th Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival (LAAPFF) took place from May 3 to 12 May, 2018. The special Award Ceremony held at the Closing Night of the festival to honor the hard work of filmmakers.
Caylee So and Sok Visal won the Best Director award with the premier of their film, In the Life of Music. This movie depicts the story life of a Cambodian family from 1960s to 2000s by using the popular songs of the legendary singer, Sin Sisamuth for narrative.
