ដោយមើលឃើញអំពីសារៈសំខាន់ និងកង្វះខាតអ្នកបច្ចេកទេសសម្លេងក្នុងវិស័យខ្សែភាពយន្តកម្ពុជា មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញ និងទទួលថតភាពយន្តនៅកម្ពុជានឹងរៀបចំ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសសម្លេងភាពយន្ត នៅខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ខាងមុខនេះ។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ នឹងផ្ដល់ឱកាសដល់អ្នកបច្ចេកទេសភាពយន្តជំនាន់ក្រោយបានសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ចំណេះដឹងបន្ថែមពីមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះសំខាន់ៗនៃការយកសំលេង ការកាត់ត-ផ្គុំសំលេង និងការថែទាំឧបករណ៍បច្ចេកទេសសម្លេងផងដែរ។
វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលបច្ចេកទេសសម្លេងភាពយន្ត នឹងបែងចែកជាបីវគ្គសំខាន់ៗ ដោយមានប្រធានបទខុសៗគ្នា ដែលនឹងបង្ហាត់បង្រៀនដោយ លោក Nicolas Volte ដែលជាអ្នកបច្ចេកទេសសម្លេងដែលមានបទពិសោធន៍ និងធ្លាប់ចូលរួមក្នុងការផលិតខ្សែភាពយន្តខ្នាតធំជាច្រើនកន្លងមក រួមទាំងនៅកម្ពុជា។
- វគ្គទី១ “ការយកសម្លេងផ្ទាល់នៅកន្លែងថត” ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី ២០ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី ២៤ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩។
- វគ្គទី២ “ការកាត់តសម្លេងសម្រាប់ខ្សែភាពយន្ត” ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី ៣០ ខែកញ្ញា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី០៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩។
- វគ្គទី៣ “ការផ្គុំសម្លេងសម្រាប់ខ្សែភាពយន្ត” ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី ០៧ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី ១១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩។
វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ រៀបចំដោយ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញ និងទទួលថតភាពយន្តនៅកម្ពុជា ក្រោមការគាំទ្រពី ក្រសួងវប្បធ៌ម និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ និងម្ចាស់ជំនួយ ភ្នាក់ងារបារាំងដើម្បីការអភិវឌ្ឍ (Agence Française du Developpement)។

Due to the important of sound and the lack of soundmen in Cambodian film industry, Cambodia Film Commission will organize film sound training in September, 2019. This training will elevate Cambodian film crew knowledge on some important basic information of sound on set, sound editing and mixing as well as the maintenance of sound equipment/devices.
This training will be divided into three different courses coached by Mr. Nicolas Volte, an experienced sound engineer working in many major film projects including in Cambodia.
- Course 1 “Sound on Set” from 20th to 24th September, 2019
- Course 2 “Sound Editing” from 30th September to 04th October, 2019
- Course 3 “Sound Mixing” from 7th to 11th October, 2019
This training is organized by Cambodia Film Commission; supported from Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts and financed by Agence Française du Developpement (AFD).

- Film industry lover and film career oriented
- Being working in the film industry or film crew
- Being able to join training in mentioned period
- Experience in sound career is much appreciated
