This film is about the life of a woman called Chan Kreufa. When she was 5 years old, her family was killed by bandits in the forest. Only her grandmother survived. They both hide in a cave where the evil dragons live. These dragons kidnap Chan Kreufa and take care of her as if she was their daughter. When she is older, she misses her grandmother so much that she asks the dragons if she can leave and stay with her grandmother. They agree. Then Chan Kreufa marries Arun. When they have a baby, they divorce because Arun falls in love with another woman, Sovan Moly. She comes from the evil dragon using her magic to confuse the villagers including Arun so that they believe Chan Kreufa is a witch.
