Tour du Monde de la Francophonie

On September 21 and 22, 2017, TV5MONDE Channel launched a remarkable TV program, “Tour du Monde de la Francophonie”. This is a spectacular show that brings the viewers on a live tour to 23 countries in 5 continents in 25 hours to discover the diversity and values of French-speaking countries worldwide.

This phenomenal program started at 1:00 pm in Paris on September 21 and will then continue in Abidjan, Geneva, Brussels, Cayenne, Montreal, New Orleans, Plamondon, Vancouver, Papeete, Auckland, Noumea, Sydney, Seoul, Beijing, Phnom-Penh, Mumbai, Lahore, Saint-Denis to Reunion Island, Antananarivo, Beirut to be completed in Kinshasa on Friday, September 22nd at 2:00 pm (Paris time).


In the capital city of Cambodia, Phnom Penh, Tour du Monde de la Francophonie took place in National Museum. The show was hosted by Isabelle Malivoir. With the presence of invited guests of honor, the talk was about the Cambodian cultural sector, the essential memory of Khmer art before the devastated Pol Pot regain and historical diplomatic relation between Cambodia and France. The live program in Phnom Penh is supported by Cambodia Film Commission.
