A new feature film by Jeanne Labrune, Oscar-nominated French filmmaker is scheduled to release this upcoming month.

Le Chemin (The Path) (previous working title: Le Secret D’Hiroshi Amano), was filmed in 2016 with the support of Cambodia Film Commission (CFC).

This movie tells the story of a young nun arrived at the rural village for her service work and eventually fell in love with a Cambodian man. The entire film was set in Cambodia, in particular, Siem Reap and Phnom Penh. 90% of the film crew is Cambodian.

This movie was featured in the 2017 edition of Cabourg Film Festival, a massive film festival annually held every June in Cabourg, France since 1983.
