Chaktomuk Short Film Festival (CSFF) has been Cambodia’s largest officially recognised international-grade short film festival in the past 6 years. It is a platform for young filmmakers to showcase their creative works without heavy investment to the mass. Initiated by Kon Khmer Koun Khmer film collective back in 2012, it’s been a go-to starting pad for many up and coming Cambodian filmmakers who went on to having great careers of their own.
