“Apsara” is the name of a dancer with a gold crown. She is slim and good at dancing. She is the symbol of Cambodia in the world. In the provinces, popular dance shows the daily lives of the people: pestle dance, Kap Krâbei Phoeuk Sra dance (Killing buffalos and drinking wine), the wild ox dance, and the harvest competition dance between men and women.
