Chankreufa is a film talking about the life of a woman calling as Chankreufa. When she was 5 years old, her family was killed by the bandits in the forest. Only her grand mother can be alive. They hide in a cave where the evil dragons live. They stole Chankreufa from her grand mother. But on the other hand, they takes care her like their daughter. When she is grand, she miss her grand mother so much. So she asks to her adopted mother to stay with her grand mother. She accepts. Then Chankreufa marries with Arun who is chief of village’s nephew. When they have a baby, they get a divorce because there is a new woman, Sovan Moly, that comes from the evil dragon, stayed in a body of a girl, used her magic to Arun to make him love her and she organized some traps to confuse the villagers that make them believe Chankreufa is a wizard.
